Mirco joined the Milan office of Argos Soditic in 2000. Past investments responsabilities include halogen-free flame retardant Italmatch and racing brand Sparco, and most recently he has led the 2008 BIMBO of Bellco, the renal care business of the Sorin Group and the 2010 MBO of Termoindustriale, a company focused on construction and maintenance of co-generation power plants from renewable sources.
Prior to joining Argos Soditic, Mirco has worked for Banca Popolare di Milano (BpM), where he was involved in structuring and financing LBO transactions as well as in the launch of a country specific Private Equity Fund.
He is a graduate of Bocconi University in Milan, where he studied economics and business administration. He is also the author of several articles on private equity and lectures at courses organised by AIAF (the Italian Association of Financial Analysts) and masters organised by Borsa Italia (the Italian Stock Exchange), Politecnico di Milano and LIUC University (Castellanza) and Centro Studi Bancari (Lugano). |
