Jean-Pierre joined the Milan office of Argos Soditic in october 2005 and led the spin off and BIMBO of luxury packaging group GPP, which was exited in 2008. Previously he was Investment Manager for four years at Arca Impresa Gestioni, a leading Italian private equity investor, where he participated in a number of Italian and cross-border buy-out transactions in a wide range of industries such as retail, industrial goods and automotive components. Prior to Arca, he worked for five years in investment banking in London and New York for JP Morgan as an Associate and for Credit Suisse as a Vice President.
Jean-Pierre graduated summa cum laude in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan and received an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
He is a Visiting Professor of Finance and Capital Markets at the Milan University (Bicocca), is a member of Mid Market Commission of the Italian Private Equity Association (AIFI) and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Harvard Business Review. |
