Richard Reis/ Associate



Richard joined Argos Soditic in May 2010.

Since then, he has worked in particular on the acquisition of the listed management consultancy firm Solving Efeso.

Previously, Richard was business lawyer and member of the Paris Bar. He practiced within M&A and private equity specialized law firms.

Richard holds post graduate degrees in business and tax law as well as a Specialized Master degree from ESCP Europe Business School.
