Managing Director since 1996, Louis Godron joined the Paris office of Argos Soditic in 1991. Since then he has led more than 20 transactions and 2 IPOs. Although structuring complex transactions in all industries, Louis has focused particularly on the technology field (Orsyp, Jaybeam, Harlé Bickford or Lexsi) and on branded consumer goods (Buffet Crampon, Oxbow or Dorotennis).
He recently led the public tender and recap of the listed consultancy firm Solving Efeso.
Previously, Louis worked for Initiative et Finance, a leading French private equity firm focused on small companies, where he began his association with Gilles Mougenot. Prior to that, he spent two years with Elf Aquitaine in Geneva in the Risk Management team.
Louis is a member of the AFIC Board (French Private Equity Association) and its Treasurer, he also chairs the LBO Committee.
Louis is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale Engineering School in Paris. |
