Prior to joining Argos Soditic in March 2003, Karel worked for Crédit Lyonnais Private Equity in Paris.
Within the Argos Soditic's team, he has worked in particular on the acquisition of the surfwear brand Oxbow (brought to successful public offering on the Paris stock exchange and then sold in 2005), on the government out-sourcing service business ORS (sold in 2009) and on the family conglomerate Harlé Bickford (acquired in July 2007).
He graduated from HEC Business School (Paris). |
