Since joining Argos Soditic in 1998, Gilles Lorang has structured several transactions including children’s clothing business Du Pareil Au Même, medical equipment groups Saime, Dinno Santé and transportation business Mertz.
Prior to Argos Soditic, Gilles Lorang was employed by the Project Finance group of Crédit Lyonnais in Paris. Previously, he worked for two years in a subsidiary of Générale des Eaux in Spain as a financial controller.
Gilles graduated from ESLSCA Business School and also holds a Master degree in Finance from EM Lyon Business School. |
