Today I’Car Systems serves more than 700 franchised dealer and automobile distribution group clients spread across 7 European countries as well as 2 500 agents and registered repairers using specific products :

The group FIS-Antex is the first independent player in the Italian market of Human Resources (“HR”) and Finance and Administration (“F&A”) services in outsourcing.
The two companies were established in the 60s, and have been able to penetrate the market thanks to the high quality and broad range of services offered and to the completeness of the software platforms, which permitted to reach high level of customers satisfaction and client retention rate.
In particular, Antex is a business partner, capable of accompanying its customers through growth and change, analysing and managing, together with the client and on a case by case basis, the most appropriate solution for the management and administration of human resources.
FIS has been providing administrative-accounting, treasury, internal organisation and control services in outsourcing for over 40 years, identifying solutions to enable its clients to focus on their core business, maximising use of the internal resources of clients’ companies.
The investment of Argos Soditic in FIS-Antex is aimed at supporting a strong development plan, to allow the companies to accelerate their organic growth and managerialization, together with exploiting additional growth opportunities via market consolidation in the domestic market, rest of Europe and in the Mediterranean Region.

ASC International House is active in the area of language schools and private education in Western Switzerland. Incorporated in Geneva, Switzerland, it is located in a strategic area, where the demand for international private education and language services is very strong due to the important role of international organisations and the growing presence of multinational firms in the Geneva area. With several locations in the Leman region, ASC IH provides language training to the general public and many of the region’s leading companies and organisations. The private school branch consists of the British School of Geneva, with classes from primary to pre-university level and also runs a bi-lingual programme in Gex (France) in collaboration with Institution Jeanne d’Arc. The company currently employs 200 people, including 164 teachers.
Having earned a strong reputation for high quality language training over the last 40 years, the group has accelerated its growth in more recent times by means of successful expansion into the private education sector.
Argos Soditic’s investment plan is to pursue, with the existing management, the development of the group by growing the private education business in the French-speaking part of Switzerland and by offering high quality private education solutions to the local community where demand for private education, particularly for ex-pats, exceeds supply.
