Founded in 1964, Termoindustriale is the Italian leader in the engineering and construction of cogeneration and trigeneration power plants until 9 MWe fuelled by vegetable oil. The company provides to its customers an all-in-one service, including, also the management of authorization process, the multi-year maintenance of plants and the sourcing and supply of the “green fuel”.

Termoindustriale has developed in the last decades also strong engineering and construction skills in the glass and pharma sectors. As of today, Termoindustriale has completed 7 power plants and 3 power plants are under construction.

The Fund’s investment has been motivated in order to finance the expected strong development of the business. ARGOS SODITIC will also provide an international network of business contacts in order to boost the company growth, also at an European level.

The company operates in the renewable energy business that shows positive growth rates basically linked to the CO2 emissions reduction targets, together with the willingness of Italy to reduce the weight of its energy imports and the dependency from oil and gas. That, combined to a strong and committed management team, paves the way for a significant growth of the company for the next years.
