Solving Efeso is an international consulting firm, present in 18 countries, which provides advice on strategy and operational excellence.

Listed on Euronext Paris and born of the merger in 2007 between the Solving (France) and the Efeso (Italy) Groups, both of which were created in 1980, Solving Efeso, present internationally, provides advice which combines strategic vision, operational savoir-faire and transition management.

With nearly 300 consultants, Solving Efeso is recognised in particular for its expertise in the industrial sector, better known as World Class Manufacturing Management.

The consultancy had a turnover of 50 million euros in 2009 and has a diversified clientele, which notably includes large international groups, public administrations and territorial authorities.

The investment by Argos Soditic, alongside the Management of Solving Efeso, will permit the Group to reestablish its financial structure and will provide it with the means to return to solid external and internal growth.
