Systematic involvement of management teams in equity

Motivation, alignment of interests and transforming an entrepreneur into a real business leader are important factors in the success of a MBO. Hence we systematically propose to management teams an equity share of their company. This motivates and commits managers to the company through a financial investment and share in the wealth created through their work.
Often, the association is not limited to a number of key executives but can be extended to a wider circle of managers or employees through more collective investment processes (e.g. company mutual fund).
