Since its formation in 1989, Argos Soditic has invested in more than 50 businesses in the European mid-market, giving the group in-depth industry insight and very diverse experience. We are particularly proud of our capacity to attract and partner with talented management sourced through our European network. This capacity relies on our understanding of the industries in which they operate along with our experience in corporate issues and strategy setting. In addition our vast network of worldwide contacts opens new business channels providing support for new projects such as international expansion, acquisitions, divestments or changes to business model. Finally our integration in the local culture and the daily support we offer is made possible by the proximity of the local teams. We have built a network of experts and partners, as well as a hub of information that we share with managers and we offer expertise of various sectors and fields – financial, legal, tax and organisation.
International scope, local presence
Almost half of the turnover of our investments is generated outside the domestic market. Along with increasingly international supply chains, Argos Soditic and SME’s in general are faced with a truly global marketplace. Created in 1989 with three European offices (Paris, Geneva and Milan), Argos Soditic boasts a multicultural team of some thirty individuals of seven different nationalities.

Our special partnerships in high growth and/or developing markets – particularly China - also help to open doors. A dedicated team working alongside management
The proximity and availability of our teams is key to working alongside management teams.This is reflected by close involvement with management before the execution of a deal during the analysis and structuring phase. Following the investment, time is spent monitoring companies, providing focus and direction. We act as a genuine partner to management during strategic decision-making, and are available and responsive in day-to-day issues.
