Established in 1989, Argos Soditic is an independent European private equity partnership with offices in Paris, Geneva and Milan, which focuses on investing in small to medium sized companies in Continental Europe, particularly in France, Italy, Switzerland, Spain and Portugal.

Our funds take equity stakes in private or publicly held companies through:

• management buy-outs;
• management buy-ins;
• spin-offs by large corporations;
• and development capital situations.

Argos Soditic acts as exclusive advisor to the Euroknights group of Funds, exclusively dedicated to leading institutional investors such as insurance companies, pension funds, banks…

Our current funds (Euroknights III, Euroknights IV and Argos Soditic V) represent an aggregate committed capital of EUR 518 million.

Over our 15 years of experience, we have backed over 40 transactions with companies representing combined revenues in excess of EUR 3 billion, more than half of which have been realised through floatation or trade sale.

Our team includes eight partners, nine investment professionals and eight support staff.
