Founded in 1934, LE BRONZE INDUSTRIEL specialises in conceiving and producing parts in special copper alloys. The company operates in niche markets for various industries (mainly the automotive industry, aeronautics, shipbuilding off-shore and electrical construction...) which have a specific need for metals with the technical characteristics of copper. The company exports currently 80% of its production in more than 40 countries over the five continents.

The Company has its own manufacturing unit (Suippes) and operates in three main niche markets:

• electrodes for foundry (for use in automotive industry)
• tubes for sea water transport (for use in ship building and off shore platforms)
• parts for special alloys (for use in the automotive, electrical construction and aeronautics & space industries)

In 2004, the Company inaugurated its new manufacturing facility close to the current plant located in Suippes (380 employees). This new facility, which will progressively replace the existing one, will allow the Company to keep up with the rapid development of its end markets as well as to significantly raise the efficiency of its manufacturing process. The new site will also ensure substantially improved work conditions for the Company's employees and has been designed to perfectly match all environmental requirements.
