Argos Soditic led the € 70 million management buy-out of Grove, the world's leading manufacturer of industrial ball valves for fluid and gas pipes. With manufacturing plants in Italy and Texas , the company was run by an experienced management team which had worked together for 15 years. In this time the team established Grove as a company that was acknowledged by its customers for its manufacturing expertise and reliability. Management took a majority of the equity in the buy-out and when Grove was acquired by Dresser industries in the US , the team remained with the business, becoming part of the senior management at Dresser.
