back to portfolio

Anodil (founded in 1968) is an industrial group manufacturing and distributing aluminium frames in Portugal . It also produces dies and insulation materials. At the time of the acquisition, the group had more than 775 employees and was the market leader in Portugal . The group was dependent on its owner, who was looking to realize his investment and retire. Argos Soditic organized a € 35 million management buy-in. The new management team implemented an efficiency program to integrate the diverse divisions of the group with a view to creating a stronger leadership in the industry and improving margins. By the time of exit, Anodil had become a streamlined and efficient complete manufacturer and supplier of aluminium profiles and building systems. The company was sold to the Swedish industrial group Sapa.
