Saime is a French company designing, manufacturing and distributing speciality medical products for patients with respiratory diseases. The Company's range of ventilators is used essentially for at-home treatment, but also, to a limited extent, in specialised services such as pneumology, reanimation and post-operative care.
In 2002, the founder decided to retire without leaving any potential successor within the Company.

Argos Soditic recruited a new CEO for the Company, with the founder remaining chairman and keeping 34% in the Company's capital. Argos and the new manager together built a new strategy for the Company centred on the renewal of the at-home product range.
